Large chemical-fiber texturing machines depend on coordinated drives and auxiliaries. At this Fujian facility, voltage sags could stop production equipment even when the grid disturbance itself was brief. Wilson Technology implemented the project in two verified deployment stages.

First deployment

WS300-66 was installed in June 2026 to protect four large texturing machines. Through August 24, 2026, its backend contained 13 voltage-sag records and 13 successful ride-through records.

During one documented severe voltage-sag occurrence, the four protected machines continued operating while multiple unprotected loads stopped, including ventilation equipment. No unverified sag depth, duration, power rating, or electrical topology is asserted here.

Together the two systems cover eight machines, but the verified record counts remain system-specific and are not combined into a claim about independent plant events.
